Terms of Service

Last updated 27 August 2026

These terms cover use of the call analytics service (“the Service”). The Service is supplied to businesses, which may resell it under their own name. If you were given access by an employer or a supplier, their agreement with you governs your use, and these terms describe the platform underneath it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Call recording is the customer’s responsibility

Whether a call may be recorded, and who must be told, is decided by the law where the parties are and by the business’s own obligations. The business configuring recording is responsible for having a lawful basis and for giving any notice required. The Service records what its telephony configuration tells it to.

Automated analysis

Transcripts and analysis are generated automatically and can be inaccurate. They are provided as an aid to human judgement, not as a record of fact, and should not be the sole basis for a decision about a person — including a decision about an employee’s performance.

Availability

The Service is provided as is. Reasonable efforts are made to keep it available, and maintenance may interrupt it. Any service level applying to you is the one in your agreement with the business that supplies you.

Data

Data submitted to the Service remains the customer’s. It is processed to provide the Service and as described in the Privacy Policy. On termination, customer data is deleted after a wind-down period.

Changes

These terms may change as the Service changes. The date at the top shows the current version.

This document describes how the platform is operated. It is not legal advice, and it does not replace the contract between you and the business supplying the Service to you.
