Report Inbox

Report Inbox is the sign-in and reporting service for a call analytics platform used by businesses to review their telephone calls. It is operated on behalf of the businesses that supply the platform to their own customers, which is why this page names the service rather than any one of them.

What the platform does

Businesses connect their telephone numbers to the platform. Calls made to and from those numbers are logged, and where the business has configured recording, the recordings are transcribed and analysed automatically. The business then reviews summaries, outcomes and scores against criteria it defines, and can have periodic reports emailed to it.

Why this service asks to sign you in with Google

Staff at those businesses need to reach their dashboard. Rather than maintain another password, they can sign in with the Google account they already use for work. Signing in this way requests only your name, your email address and your Google account identifier — nothing else. It does not request access to your mail, contacts, calendar, files or advertising accounts.

Your email address is used once, to match you to an account an administrator has already created for you. Signing in with Google cannot create an account: if no account exists for your address, the sign-in is refused and nothing is stored. No password is received or stored at any point.

Where you sign in

This hostname exists only to complete the sign-in. You sign in at the web address your own organisation gave you, which carries that organisation’s name and logo. If you arrived here directly and are not sure where to go, ask whoever gave you access.

How personal data is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy, and the conditions of use in the Terms of Service. Data is not sold and is not used for advertising.
